Terms of Use

Effective October 21, 2026. These terms apply to your use of omaha.metrolocksmith.com, run by Metro Locksmith Omaha (Metro Lock & Safe), 5016 S 108th Street, Omaha, NE 68137-2314. By using the site you agree to them.

Using this site

The site tells you about our locksmith services and lets you call us or send a request. Please use it for that purpose only. Do not try to break into it, overload it, copy it in bulk or send spam through its forms.

Information on the site

We work to keep service descriptions, hours, phone numbers and service areas accurate, but details can change. Service availability depends on your location, your vehicle or lock, and the time of day. Nothing on the site is a binding offer.

Estimates and service

An estimate given by phone, by email or through the site is based on what you tell us. The final price is confirmed with you before work begins. We may ask for proof of ownership or residency before opening a vehicle, home or business, or before making a key, and we may decline a job if ownership cannot be confirmed.

Content and trademarks

The text, photos, logos and design of this site belong to Metro Locksmith or are used with permission. Car makers and other brands named on the site belong to their owners and are named only to describe the vehicles and products we work with.

Links to other sites

Links to Google, Facebook, Instagram and other sites are for your convenience. We do not control those sites.

No warranty on the website

The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by using or being unable to use the website. This does not limit any rights you have for the locksmith work itself.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where the Metro Locksmith shop that serves you is located.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
